Both private suites have cozy and beautifully appointed living rooms with comfy chairs and desk. Both units feature premium queen beds and reading area. You'll find updated bathrooms and flat screen, satellite TV plus a nice wet bar to help you enjoy a cup of coffee or a light snack of Northwest specialties from the Pike Place Market. The lower unit (1210) has its own private garden, surrounded by grape vines and alive with color and sound. The upper unit (1208) features a private deck.

Policies:
A deposit equal to (1) one night's room rate is required with your reservation. Payment can be made by Mastercard, Visa, or American Express. Check out time is 11a.m. and is strictly enforced. I am sorry but we are not able to to offer or accommodate a late check out or holding of bags. Check-in time is anytime after 3PM. We require a seven (7) day cancellation notice prior to your arrival date or your deposit is forfeited. Maximum occupancy 2 adults per unit. We are a non-smoking establishment. No pets allowed. Housekeeping is offered after your fourth night. When making the reservation you are accepting these policies. Thank You in advance for your consideration.
